Users can request services through the Platform based on available slots. If a service professional is not available for the requested time, users will be contacted to find an alternative time.
3.Pricing, Fees, and Payment Terms
KV Servicing reserves the right to charge users for services and facilities provided. Users will be notified of applicable charges, fees, and payment methods
5.Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel or reschedule service Orders from KV Services (KV Servicing) , please contact us at least 2-4 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Create a 'Cancel Request' through whatapp number or call given phone number from the Website (https://kvservicing.com/). Please make a note of the Cancel Request.
6.Refund Policy
The refund process will begin after our team reviews your cancellation request. If your request is approved, the refund amount will be transferred to your designated bank account within 2 - 4 working days.

If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
